Items purchased on coquettishandco.com are eligible for store credit, exchange or refund on all full price items within 14 days of the time of delivery.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. In new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged condition with ALL original packaging and hang tags. Each item must be returned individually packed in our clear zipper polybags. 

To ensure swimwear is eligible for return, underwear must be worn when trying on items. Hygienic liner must be intact.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of coquettishandco.com. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.

Following inspection and acceptable of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund, exchange or store credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed after it is received at our facility.

Original and return shipping fees will not be credit back.
All items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

We offer exchanges or store credit only, within 7 days of purchase, for items in unused, unwashed condition, with original tags and proof of purchase. Exchanges and store credit are subject to product availability and must be processed in-store at this location only.

In-store purchases cannot be exchanged for online items, and online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
